my room included a kitchen island, useful. the gym had sufficient equipment. the two hot tubs provided a relaxing experience.

fire alarm guest inconvenience

underground parking was available and fitted my truck so that was acceptable.

the fire alarm went off twice at around 4 am one night it was even snowing outside i think the reception staff should have offered a discount to guests for all the inconveniences i also saw locks of hair on the floor next to the toilet from previous guests.

a decent stay

convenient location comfortable bed friendly staff faulty plugs tap issue temperature control

the location is quite convenient, near both the highway and several restaurants. the bed was comfortable (i slept well most nights). the staff was friendly, made checking in and out quite easy.

Some electrical plugs didn't work, limiting where i could charge my devices. the tub and shower tap needs some improvement. It was difficult to get the water temperature just right. i could not turn the light off over the fireplace (it stayed on all night) and i could not adjust the temperature in the room as it was set to 19c.
